Young People, Digital Technology and Democratic Cultural Participation: DIY Digital

This project was initiated in 1996 through collaboration with Jubilee Arts, a community arts organisation in West Bromwich. An initial three year project was funded by the Arts Council of England and West Midlands Arts. The continuation of the research, through further collaboration with Jubilee Arts, was funded by The Carnegie UK Trust. The project had resulted in the production of two websites by young people.
