Patriots

Patriots is a project by Ravi Deepres exploring national, social and individual identity through observation of the dynamics and iconography of football supporters. Images of individuals and massed crowds illustrate the assumption and performance of shared identities, which reflect and respond to the fluidity of cultural, national and international influences. The latest work from this project was shown recently at the Hatton Gallery.
